Because no one should miss out on pavlova, La Pav’ spent months developing the perfect plant-based meringue, then we tested the recipe over and over and over again to make sure it was just as delicious as our regular range.
Our 100% plant-based vegan chocolate, hazelnut and raspberry pavlova features our signature crumbly vegan meringue base, a thin layer of Valrhona ‘manjari’ 64% Single Origin Chocolate ‘Madagascar’, a dark and nutty roasted hazelnut praline and a light-as-air whipped chocolate ganache.
Finished with a scattering of freeze-dried raspberries, a few paper-thin chocolate discs and fresh Australian raspberries straight from the farm, it’s perfectly bright and balanced and suited to vegans, but not just for vegans. We’re proud of this one.
