Our signature bursts-in-your-mouth-then-melts-on-your-tongue meringue base is topped with a freshly whipped Sicilian ‘Bronte’ pistachio chantilly, a touch of deep and nutty roasted pistachio praline and a fresh strawberry and vanilla compote.
Garnished with shards of lightly toasted pistachios and a scattering of farm-fresh Australian strawberries and linara edible flowers, for a fresh finish on the palette.
