La Pav’ in collaboration with Valrhona Chocolate invites you to experience dessert on a whole new level. 

The divine combination of coconut crémeux, roasted hazelnuts and Valrhona’s new Amatika 46% chocolate will leave you reaching for the dessert spoon for ‘just one more bite’.

Amazingly, the world class pastry techniques used to recreate this Aussie classic are only one element that make up this show stopping dessert. 

La Pav’s signature meringue base is delicately hand finished with Amatika chocolate ganache, coconut praline and coconut crémeux (piped on a custom built revolving turntable).

Garnished to perfection with Amatika Chocolate triangles dipped in coconut, roasted hazelnuts, edible micro florals and fresh coconut shavings.
